Girls' TRiP @ Day 1

Hey corner, see who's back?
Yeahh your lazy big fat ass host is finally here to write.
So what's going on during my two months long holidehh huh?
One of my friend just suggest to backpack and we talk bout it and we agree and bought the ticket and
HERE WE GO! This stop would be the SINGApore. The LION.
So, we bought Tiger airway tickets to there which cost us only in RM224. A cheap one huh, isnt it?
Something BIG we found out for this airline. Online check-in is only available for Singapore passport holder, which means that foreigner like us can only check-in manually. Feeling mehhhh for this.
Tadaaaa here comes my backpack matesss~
We're gonna in flight at 11am. Whee.

So, say buhh bye to Malaysia.
Slightly an hour later we get there. So happen that our plane landed in Terminal two, so we dont have the chance to take a skytrain to reach MRT station.

Spacious Changi Airport. There is lotsa of branded shops here. Kind of fun to shop if you cant manage to finish your SING dollar at the end of the trip. As you know, its tax free here.
One thing here that freaking amazed me in Changi airport.
Yea please be no doubt that this electrical device is just not for display. Its for you to rate the toilet cleaner with touch screen function. Here you know why their BOWL is always cleaner compare to ours. Clap for the hardwork on hygiene in Singapore. Seriously, we fall in deep love with the toilet there. I did rate it. =)
AM ARE TEE. Our best & the only choice of transportation for coming four days. (For sure you need an ezlink card.) 一卡在手,一切在握。-.-
Ahhuh. The MRT station.
Kay. I captured this in rush. Coz we found out that the one got from online doesnt show the right route. Make sure you got yourself an updated one before you aboard, It will be more convenient to save one in your phone. First, Lets take a selfie in the train.
OMG. You guys must be wondering what the earth make this baby laugh so happily to us. ohhh perhaps we look funneyy yea. Anyway, he is a cute one who accompany us all along from changi station to Clarke Quay station. Yea we booked our homestay online earlier to avoid sleeping on street. The rate is just cheap and affordable for backpacker like us. Not talking too much bout the facilities here (coz its nothing special to mention). Although the space is a lil bit small but it just give u a homey feel with the comfy living room, simple dining room AND CLEAN BATHROOM.(OMG this is important for me though.)

This is where we had our first energy kick every morning before out of this homey hostel. Just because of the place isnt that big, so we get to know & chat with other foreigners here as well. Uhh i make a new friend here, an American but forgotten her name. So sorry. =)
The first stop for our food hunt in Singapore would be Bak kut teh. (Not that becoz of it is very nice, its just due to the location is just a few stone's throw away from our homestay.) The taste and the soup isnt the same with our local. Theirs isnt as concentrated as ours. And in the soup is solely bak kut, you cant able to find others ingredient like pork belly, mushroom or tofu inside. They add in lotsa of pepper as well.

Kay. Song Fa Bak Kut Teh which recommend by my friend who be our tour guide in this trip, Jiasian. Thousand thanks for her in arranging itinerary for us although she isnt with us for first two days.
This took up some effort to take this candid shot. haha. The three leng luiis. Had fun even on street. @.@
Next, we had a breeze walk down a nice yet narrow lane -- Haji Lane.

This is the lane that we stay put for so long for selfie and photographing. LOL. Epic. At least 20min we spent. Its a nice street which full of bistro and boutique. We didnt walk in the boutique one by one cause one piece of clothes could probably cost you a 50 bucks. So, just take picture lahhhh.

Ahhuh. Luckily we weren't going there during weekend or peak hours. Or else there would be a shoulder-to-shoulder touching walk and everyone will gasp for air. LOL. I like the not-so-hawt weather on that day so that i wont have the feel of walking pasar malam (Stiff and sticky).
We walked like rihanna. hahahhaha.

Nice drawing yea. OMG why am i so short in this photo. Kay dont care. What to do if you just 159cm?
Do realize that they have specific smoking corner everywhere. Even in the street. We do have in our public area. Just the matter of people obeying or not? Perhaps our awareness here can never be put into compare with them. Malaysia gambateh. Zzzz.
Its a boutique which not allowed photographing inside. The decoration is kind of ancient one as you can imagine old school bicycle and telephone porch in there.
Kay. Its dinner time. We met jiasian and her boyfie in Bugis Junction to have reunion dinner. LOL. As we all know, Singapore has less wifi service available for public even in restaurant. So the moment we found that our wifi is connected in Bugis junction (its a mall u know), we all just freeze at the point and keep silent and start to communicate with phone. LOL.
We took Japanese curry rice in CoCoICHIBANYA as our dinner. Ohh you can choose the spicy level for your own curry. Total have five level. And i picked level 4. Though it hasnt reach my spicy threshold but i feel the burning sensation in my stomach after finishing it. Ahaha. Hueiyi cant even finish her plate with just level 2. =P

Aww you should have open one branch in Msia as well. Next would be a night stroll in Bugis Street. Pretties in the town.
And here comes the sweetest couple in the town. Jiasian and Dato. *Clapz*
After walking for so 'long', our calories consumed half away. LOL Yeah we have high metabolic rate like a rat. So we gonna take some tong shui (dessert) to sweeten our night. Welcome to Ah Chew Desserts. The shop is along Liang Seah Street, right opposite Bugis Junction. Hmm based on the long queue, i guess that this must be a hot spot for nice dessert.

A very lengthy queue. The staff service isnt that nice, but no choice. We are going for nice dessert not the service. So who cares?
And a photobomb.
Tadaaa. After waiting for short while, we finally got to enjoy our dessert d. There are many variety of ingredients in the dessert. You can order the combination that you wish to. Mine one is redbean with egg bean curd. It taste more like egg than bean anyway. Kay we had all in a quick one because there are still people queuing outside there. Nice try.
The tong shui draw an end of our first day trip. Awaiting for more. Rawrr.
